Valve Cover Gasket Kit trackHighly recommended when replacing the vanos, the valve cover gaskets will turn brittle after only a few years and should be replaced to avoid oil leaks. Includes main valve cover gasket and spark plug hole gaskets. Valve Cover Seal Washers (recommended) sold separately. Available for Early (up to 8 02) Late (9 02 and up)

Fully cleaned and rebuilt vanos unit with new high performance Viton O-rings and Teflon seals installed

Block is threaded for one (1) M12x1

Fits all M50/M52 and S50/S52 engines

New vanos mounting gasket

Kit includes:

plus a $400 refundable core deposit for your old pump

Our CPV Kit includes a brand new constant pressure valve and the special tool needed to access the valve behind the exhaust header

plus a $200 deposit

We highly recommend only using brand-new solenoid packs when rebuilding a vanos

This O-Ring is strongly recommended to replace the stock custom molded gasket on the M54 DISA valve

We recommend replacing the sprocket if it shows any signs of wear
