IF I ONLY COULD SET THE WORLD ON FIRE 2023 Browar Stu MostowThis is one of six releases of barrel aged Imperial Stout. One brew, split into six different casks and left to develop and absorb the character and flavour embedded in the wood. This one has been resting in a blackcurrant liqueur barrel imparting sweet sticky fruit with a touch of acidity. This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now.

Aged for 27 Months in a Weller Barrel

This Sour à la Mode is loaded up with the dynamite combination of Strawberry and Rhubarb plus granola
