It is produce through the combination of 23 American Oak Barrels and 9 European Oak Sherry butts which are left to marry for several months
The result is a refreshing Sweet Tipple with lots of Soft Peach notes and hints of Oily Juniper and a smooth lingering finish
Herbaceous notes run throughout with undertones of Lemon and Eucalyptus before a refreshing Minty finish
