Chëpìka - Catawba 2021 (750ml) Proprietary RedChpka is the project of winemaker Nathan Kendall and Pascaline Lepeltier MS. They began with the 2016 vintage. The Chpka sparkling wines are in the ancestral method. The wines rely only on natural yeasts without anything added. Since 2018 they also make a still version of the Catawba, also with no additives.
