Chakra BalanceChakra Balance is a unique practice that combines five yogic methods to create a powerful experience of relaxation, inner awareness, and energetic balance. The class is suitable for all levels of experience. The poses are gentle, supported versions of classical yoga postures using bolsters, blocks, and straps to help the body soften with minimal effort. In this sense its similar to yin or restorative yoga, but the overall experience is much deeper.
