Which is why this brandy is aged in French oak casks the traditional way for a richer, rounder flavour. You should find hints of almond and walnut, with a long finish of candied fruits and ginger. Pour Three Barrels into a tall glass. top up with coffee leaving some space for the cream. Add sugar and carefully pour over whipped cream. Finish with a coffee bean.

This has a Chocolate Sweetness body with notes of Orange and Vanilla and just a hint of Ginger

making it a versatile ingredient for cocktails and desserts
