Morihei Hishiboshi Hi Whetstone #6000As a whole line and on their own they all perform exceptionally well with that natural stone feel Ogura San likes. They dont require soaking and all have the right balance of being hard enough yet give nice feedback that some medium hard natural stones have made them easy to use and enjoy. For polishing the 4000, 6000 and 12000 grit give very strong contrast of hard and soft steel, with the hard steel becoming bright with the soft steel looking thick

You can also use knife roll as knife shelf to hang on wall or door with a towel rail
