Tomatin Selected Single Cask Bottling 2007 17yr old ABV:61.2% Campbeltown SpringbankWhisky Cellar Exclusive Bottling, distilled 2007 bottled 17 3 25 Tempranillo Cask. These casks originally held wonderfully powerful Tempranillo wine known forits deep, dark cherry and blackberry flavours. This wine is incredibly tannic so before we filled them with our spirit, we seasoned the casks with Oloroso sherry for 1 year to round off some of the harsher elements. The results are whiskies that were more than worth the effort; deep forest fruits
