This puppet is a rarity made in Germany circa late 19th Century. The carving and painting on this piece are remarkable. She has a fabric body with some lovely small wooden hands. The legs are missing and the costume is very worn with several holes, missing parts and heavy deterioration to the fabric. The head also shows wear with scuffs, paint loss, spots,
