Model 36 Writing Desk sampoHighly collectible and sought after Model 36 desk produced by Haslev Mobelsnedkeri, Denmark and designed by Danish master Severin Hansen Jnr in 1958. This example comes in exquisite rosewood and has been refinished with Danish oil. This iconic design features Hansen's trademark mitred joints and tapered legs with oak lined drawers.

This example has been reupholstered in genuine sheepskin

It is one of the finest pieces to be designed by Malmsten during his long and highly productive career

This later version was produced in limited quantities post-1960 in the highest quality rosewood
