Lyme Bay Rose MirabeauA delightful English Ros Wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Full bodied with great acidity, which makes it an ideal food wine. Best served very lightly chilled. Sourced from vineyards in Essex, the Pinot Noir grapes received minimal handling to preserve the flavours. Fermentation was in 100% stainless steel to retain the freshness. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited to promote the primary fruit character of the wine, with 6 hours of skin

the most dominant being Merlot followed by Cabernet Franc

The grapes are hand-picked the first week of April

the estate remained in its 11 hectare form for three hundred years
