QPA Prova No. 6 Touriga Nacional Rosé, Quinta da Pedra Alta 8411767412067Prova No. 6 2022 Touriga Nacional Ros is the second experimental Rosado bottling from Quinta da Pedra Alta. The wine is refreshing and textured, and exceptionally drinkable. Showing delicate aromas of red fruits, together with a floral lift, this Ros is bursting with strawberries and raspberries with great texture and a sustained finish. Once the grapes are picked our aim throughout is to preserve the aromatics and fresh flavours by gentle handling,

Coppery-orange colour

benefit from the slightly cooler temperatures in this south west corner of Corsica

With the creation of Collection

Its warm and intense flavour is rich and finely balanced

its average temperatures reach 25°C in summer and 14°C in winter

True to its moniker

It then spends another 6 months on the fine lease before blending and bottling takes place

A pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes takes place at 10ºC for 3 days

Sporting a deep purple-black color

soften the tannins and bring so much life to the wine

blackcurrant and mocha notes complemented by ripe tannins

The grapes come from the vineyards of Pago de los Capellanes and Pedrosa de Duero
