In most cases, the Aszu berries are macerated with the juice from non botrytized grapes. The estate's classic Aszu wine shows tremendous richness. Balance is maintained by knife edged acidity.

Purchasers should give it 4-5 years of cellaring and enjoy it over the following two decades
