He figures probably something similar happened to Dom perignon, thus the name Don Zsolt. Vinification Method: The grapes are hand harvested then destemmed. The wine ferments for about 40 days without temperature control. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tank and just before it is finished

and it has a long finish laced with baking spices

The wine is fermented in small stainless steel tanks before being aged in new French oak barrels for 15-18 months dependant on the vintage

with lush exotic fruit aromas and a poised balance of bright acidity and lacy natural sweetness

This carries to a medium to full-bodied red that leads with its fruit yet has ripe tannins

It is a blend of the best barrels the vintage gives the winemaker
