Boasso - Dolcetto d'Alba 2024 (750ml) LembergerProduced in three vineyards in Serralunga, vinified in steel with short fermentations to obtain an elegant and fragrant wine The grapes are hand picked in mid September, placed in perforated baskets for their transport to the cellar. The yield of grapes per hectare is 90 quintals. The fermentation takes place in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 28C with frequent daily pumping over for 8 10 days. The wine stays in steel tanks for 4 months
