2022 was characterised by a continental climate with plenty of sunshine and generally dry weather

The base wine was then bottle-fermented and aged on its yeast lees for 36 months

ideal with braised and roasted meats

Their wine-making is meticulous and the wines are benchmarks for the region

mainly from premiers crus in Côte des Blancs (69%) and Montagne de Reims (31%)
