While plenty of producers are jumping on the trend, Dolin has been doing this for generations, with a recipe built on no fewer than 32 botanicals and spices, including hibiscus, basil, cinnamon, artemisia, and alpine gentian. It brings floral, herbal, and gently fruity character to cocktails.
