Its supporting tannin and integrated acidity make it an excellent companion to food

Still in a primary phase but the hints of graphite and boudin noir noted show there’s much more to come with this wine

Deep red with violet hues

The palate that delivers the power and concentration expected of a wine of this calibre with great silky textural phenolics and great restraint

Deep cherry red

The cool nights and warm days of the Pyrenees provide the ideal conditions to allow slow ripening of the fruit

This is our inaugural release of single varietal Grenache having used it in blends the previous vintage

the fruit exhibited intense flavours while maintaining a balanced structure

These growing conditions allowed each variety to be harvested at their ideal ripeness
