Produced using a selection of American Oak Bourbon Barrels this has plenty of Honeycomb and Toffee infused notes with underlying Ginger which is followed by a Darker Tobacco and Leather like finish.

which is aged for a minimum of 5 years allowing a rich flavoured Honey Sweet Rum with notes of Raisins
