Big vanilla in the nose with luscious peaches both at equal intensities. Elberta peaches are some of my favorites, but very hard to find in Palisade!

Like fine wine

We racked this onto freshly destoned and crushed white Saturn peaches at a rate of over 600 grams of peaches per liter

and a lot of chocolate

we decided not to use them for Zenne y Frontera

we blended a new fruit beer

but this time it was brewed in Sweden

Fermented with łutówka cherries and buckwheat honey and then aged on selected specialty coffee and vanilla beans
