Magnifico, Primitivo, 2021, Italy (v) Sweet Wine100% Primitivo also known as Zinfandel This big, smooth, full bodied red is a great all rounder. The vineyards for this wine are very close to the little town of Manduria in Puglia. They are south facing and enjoy a very hot, Mediterranean climate. Inky and full bodied, with structure balanced by luscious, fresh dark fruits.

then fermented with extended skin contact (2–4 weeks in open vessels) and aged on lees for about 3 months

followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle
